Many businesses are starting to recognize that consumers have changed their habits.  For that reason, the top trend in marketing for 2017 is that businesses will increase their digital spending.   For many, where and how to invest in digital to align their business their customer's behavior is a moving target.  

In Part I of our "Catch up to your Customers Online" series we talked about tactics and digital channels that raise awareness of your business for the early decision stages of the customer path to purchase.  In Part II, we explored how to use digital marketing and tools to get into the consideration mix and increase conversion in the final decision stages.
